    • scope
      These general terms and conditions (GTC) apply to all deliveries of Teddy Licht to consumers.
      Consumer is every natural person who concludes a legal transaction for a purpose that can mostly be attributed to neither their commercial nor their independent professional activity.
    • Contractual partner
      The purchase contract is concluded with Teddy Licht Owner: Farfar Destici, Merkenstraße 43 I, 22117 Hamburg
    • Conclusion of the contract
      • The presentation of the products in the online shop is not a legally binding offer, but only a request for ordering.

        You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons.

        The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier who has or has taken possession of the goods.

    • Prices and shipping costs

      Consumers are asked to check the goods for completeness, obvious defects and transport damage when delivered, and to inform the shop operator as soon as possible. If this is not met by the customer, this has no effect on his legal warranty claims.

        PayPal
        In the order process, you will be forwarded to the website of the online provider PayPal. In order to be able to pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there or register first, legitimize your access data and confirm the payment instructions to us. After submitting the order in the shop, we request PayPal to initiate the payment transaction.

        PayPal Plus
        As part of the PayPal Plus payment service, we offer you various payment methods as PayPal Services. You will be forwarded to the website of the online provider PayPal. There you can state your payment data, confirm the use of your data by PayPal and the payment instructions on PayPal.
